The Extraction Session

This is where it begins.

You sit with us — one session, your choice of length — and we go inside. Not into your business plan. Not into your competitor analysis. Into you. Into what you actually built and why. Into the thing that has been driving every decision you've made since you started — whether you could name it or not.

We ask the questions nobody has asked you before. We hold the space until the real answer arrives. We don't move on until it does.

Most founders leave this session having heard the truth of their brand stated back to them more clearly than they have ever said it themselves.

Before the session begins, 50% of the extraction fee is required. The session does not start until it clears.

Stage Two

The Mirror Document

Within 24 hours of the session closing, you receive the Mirror Document.

This is the full finding of everything extracted — structured, named, and returned to you in a format you can hold and use. Every pattern that surfaced. Every gap that was found. Every truth that was pulled out of what you built and stated plainly for the first time.

It is not a summary of the session. It is the session — made permanent.

Some founders stop here. That is enough. The Mirror Document alone will change how you see your brand, how you speak about it, and how you build from it. It is a complete product in its own right.

Before the Mirror Document is released, the remaining 50% of the extraction fee is required.

The Fork

The Brand Bible

Built entirely from the Mirror Document. Nineteen sections minimum.

Positioning. Voice. Visual direction. Client definition. Doctrine. Growth architecture to year ten.

The Brand Bible does not belong to us. The moment you pay in full, it belongs entirely to you. We retain no rights to anything extracted.
